Meeting of the International Organizing Committee for Solid Precipitation Intercomparison Experiment (IOC-SPICE), Second Session

The goals of the workshop are to review the current planning process for the Solid Precipitation Inter-comparison Experiment (SPICE) and to discuss the analysis of the data from the Pre-SPICE experiment conducted during the winter of 2011-2012.
