IHOPUDS README

The data in this directory are a suite of 30-min meteorological, radiometric, and 
flux data obtained during the International H2O Project 2002 (IHOP) at the 
nine NCAR/IHOP surface stations.

All of the data, with the exception of the energy fluxes, have been gap filled using data 
from proximal sites or statistical techniques when necessary to create a continuous data 
set for the entire study period. Missing data in the flux data is denoted as 9999.

DATE and TIME 			Both are given based on CDT (GMT - 5) in Col 1-5 												and GMT in col 6-10 as follows:

1		YEAR		Year of Study formatted as yyyy 
2		MONTH		Month of Year formatted as mm 
3		DAY		Day of Month formatted as dd 
4		HHMMSS 		The time of day of the measurement in CDT (GMT - 5) 
      				The formatting is as follows: 
      					HH: the hour according to 24 hour time 
      					MM: the minutes 
      					SS: the seconds 
5		JULIAN			The Julian day of Year

6		YEAR		Year of Study formatted as yyyy 
7		MONTH		Month of Year formatted as mm 
8		DAY		Day of Month formatted as dd
