Job Duties
Responsible for RAL's aviation weather programs with the FAA, NASA,
NOAA, and DoD.
Professional Interests
Professional interests include interaction with the aviation weather
user community to define needs and programs; interaction with the
sponser community to find ways of funding programs; and interaction
with the research community to define research activities to develop
appropriate science and technology solutions to meet the user needs.
Education
B.S. in Mathematics with Mechanical Engineering Solids Minor, University
of New Mexico, 1969
M.S. in Applied Mathematics, Northwestern University, 1970
Ph.D. in Computer Science, University of Maryland, 1976; Coursework
toward M.B.A. in Contract Management, Florida Institute of Technology,
1980 - 86.
