RAL MSI Ambassador Pilot Program Team Advancing Diversity

Team planned, implemented, and carried out follow-on activities along with an assessment of visits to select MSI institutions. Faculty and students found the visits useful and productive.

New collaborations have resulted in several students making STEM career choices, joint proposals between the MSI faculty and NCAR, and several of the students of these MSI institutions visited NCAR for summer internships. This successful program is a model for broader MSI engagement across our organization.
