Jamie’s mentorship has borne countless direct and long-term impacts for those she has mentored, particularly in the SOARS Program.  The magnitude of her effort has spanned more than a decade of guidance that benefited students and staff within the UCAR organization. Her innovation and creativity in mentoring methods is illustrated by how she manages the RAL mentoring program cohort, by creating new professional development opportunities for the cohort, which increases capacity and productivity for staff in the organization.
