This team developed the PI/PM award management workbook was developed. This tools monitors award budgets, accurately devises future spend plans, and allows for quick estimation of ballpark proposal budgets.
This effort has had positive impacts within RAL and also across NCAR, supported through dedicated training and sustained system support.
