Elizabeth (Liz) Hoswell is the cornerstone of RAL'S success, uniting teams and ensuring progress across all RAL's workflows. Her leadership drives cultural improvements, empowers staff, and strategically guides RAL through its fast-paced environment.

Within RAL, Liz's administrative team is the backbone of the organization. Her passion for supporting RAL's mission and its people, as well as her substantial contributions elsewhere in NCAR and UCAR has advanced the promotion of science in service to society.
