Jamie's mentorship has had numerous direct, and long-term, impacts on those she has mentored, particularly in the SOARS Program. The magnitude of her effort has spanned more than a decade of mentorship benefiting students and staff within the UCAR organization. Her innovation and creativity in mentoring is illustrated by how she manages the RAL mentoring program cohort, by creating new professional development opportunities for the cohort, which increases capacity and productivity for staff in the organization.
